Zebrium offers an unsupervised machine learning tool to quickly and accurately identify the root cause of incidents. This new beta feature utilizes GPT-3, a language model that can generate plain language summaries from logs. In other words, Zebrium’s ML technology analyzes relevant data to pinpoint the first event in a sequence (likely the cause) as well as associated events and anomalies. GPT-3 further enhances this process by scanning the internet for similar incidents and providing concise summaries in English so users can easily understand what happened.
