The DoNotPay app is the home of the world’s first robot lawyer. The consumer rights and legal claims platform is taking advantage of generative AI technology with GPT-3 solutions. Founder Joshua Browder believes that eventually even corporations will use this same kind of technology, leading to a situation where AIs talk to each other in order to negotiate contracts – something recently discussed by Pactum in terms of its future autonomous contract negotiation capabilities. DoNotPay are building a chrome extension which allows users to specify requests like ‘negotiate my Comcast bill down’; it then uses the Comcast online chat powered by GPT-3 models in order to reduce bills. In time, companies such as Comcast may use Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-3 too so robots – or AIs – can simply talk among themselves for negotiation purposes!
